As with diet in order to stay fit and healthy as we age, it is important to develop some kind of exercise routine. Exercise will help to lower aches and pains and will keep you more supple. If you don’t use it, you’ll lose it!

The key to developing a routine that will become a habit is to choose an exercise that you enjoy. There’s no point in training for a marathon when you hate running! Hands--

Your hands show signs of age more than anywhere else on your body. Hands are constantly exposed to the sun and are forever being submerged in washing detergents. This results in dry wrinkled skin and age spots.

Invest in a good quality hand cream and reapply frequently during the day. Manicures at the salon will be fantastic for keeping your hands in tip top condition, but if cash is short you could create the same effect at home.

Finally, don’t let the thought of aging prevent you from doing exactly what you want. Life is short and you need to live it to the full.
