Everything in our menu is gluten free. Not only do we also make sure that it is dairy free and nut free. This ensures our customers health and well being. We are also very proud of our dedicated factory that only produces products that are not gluten foods. This means none of our menu items is effected by cross contamination from gluten foods. This is something most manufacturers should also be aware of. When gluten foods and gluten free products are produced in the same facilities, gluten from the production line can easily contaminate gluten free food. This can be very detrimental to individuals who need to be on a strict gluten free diet..."

Packaging & Presentation
Katz Gluten Free Products are presented very well in hearty plastic containers, and packaged in a way where the delicate food doesn’t break. It was delivered to me via FedEx, and it came in a frozen truck. The package said ‘Immediately freeze upon arrival’. I opened up the package, and my mouth started to water. Katz Gluten Free products just looked delicious. I was sent a sample pack of:

- Cupcakes

Ease of Use
Katz Gluten Free products come in quite a variety! They are all manufactured in a dedicated Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free facility.
All products must be kept frozen. The hardest part was finding a space for all the food! The only things that needed to be kept in a ‘cool dry place’ was the Raspberry Tarts, and the Chocolate Chip Cookies.
My husband, son, and I all had a taste of the food.
I am more of a dessert eater, so I chose the:
- Raspberry Tart
- Chocolate Rugelech
- Cinnamon Rugelech
- Dinner Roll
- Chocolate Chip Cookie
My husband chose:
- Cinnamon Rugelech
- Wholesome Bread
- Honey Muffin

I couldn’t believe how great it tasted! Since the foods are kept in the freezer, they must be de-thawed prior to eating. I also put them in the microwave to kind of speed up the process. The Cinnamon Rugelech was nothing short of amazing. It was my favorite. The raspberry tarts tasted great, and between my son and I the whole box is gone. I really like the Chocolate Rugelech as well, but it’s not as sweet as the cinnamon. The chocolate chip cookie tasted homemade, and it was great! Lastly, the dinner roll was sweet and filling at the same time. The mix of flavors made it the perfect dinner roll. Especially since I put it in the microwave, it was warm and wonderful.
My husband’s favorite part of his sample plate was the Wholesome Bread. He toasted it, and spread some natural honey on it. He is still talking about how the bread tasted so great!

Summary
I always love to try new foods. This is the first time that I have tried Gluten Free foods, and I must say they have exceeded my expectations. They are delicious. I did a search around on where I can buy Katz Gluten Free products around me, and I found them at the local health store. I am going to my local supermarket today to let them know that I love Katz, and I would like for them to sell their products! I feel like I am contributing to good health by eating these products. The ingredients are simple. I like the fact that I can understand every word in their ingredients list. I really was happy with the outcome of the taste test, and I look forward to buying their products in the future!
