I’ve recently had the pleasure of reviewing Yanni’s new album, “Truth of Touch”! Please read on . . .
About the Album
Yanni and his orchestra have really outdone themselves this time! For those of you that are already familiar with the works of Yanni, I’m sure that you know what a great artist he is. Yanni was born in Greece, and he is a self-taught pianist, keyboardist, and composer. Yanni is known world-wide, and performs ‘contemporary instrumental’ music. In 1992, Yanni’s “Dare to Dream” album was grammy-nominated!!
This album is completely relaxing, and I love the way all of the sounds come together. In “Truth of Touch”, you will find 15 excellent songs that you can listen to, with your ears, heart, and soul.
The music is full of emotion, and it translates to many of the feelings that we face in our daily lives.
My favorite song off of Yanni’s “Truth of Touch” is ‘Seasons’. It is a beautiful composition, and I listen to it a lot! Another song that I really like is ‘Long Way Home’.
