Packaging & Presentation of Adovia Anti Wrinkle Facial Moisturizer Cream

  

The Adovia cream jar comes in a square box, and the jar sits on a little cardboard pedestal inside, so the top of the jar is flush with the top of the box.  This reduces movement while shipping.

 The right side of the box describes a little bit about the product and how it works.

The back of the box gives usage directions, and a little bit more information about the hydrating qualities of this cream.  It is also marked with an expiration date which is very important to be familiar with.  The bottom of the box gives contact information for Adovia as well as lists the ingredients.

The jar is made of frosted glass, a screw top lid, and has a weighted feel to it.  This is one of those jars that is going to look good in the bathroom sitting with your other products.  The front of the jar is the label, and the back of the jar gives you easy directions as well as the contact information in case you threw away the box.

Another feature I like about this cream is that there is a secondary product cover under the main lid.  This is awesome in case you forget to shut the top or do not screw it on properly.  It keeps the dust and air out, and your cream will be just fine until you fix it.

My Personal Experience with Adovia Anti Wrinkle Facial Moisturizer Cream

I know I am only 26, but I am a firm believer that it is never too early to take care of your skin and use products as preventatives.  When I was given the opportunity to review this cream, I was excited.  A good moisturizer is imperative to any beauty regimen.

Of course the first thing I did was open the jar!  It is a thicker cream, and I also like that there is no additional liquid sitting on top that requires mixing.

I wanted to put a little dab on my hand to test it out and check out the fragrance (I'm really big on the fragrance of products).  After rubbing it in, it has a very light, sweet smell.   Like really clean soap.  It's not strong enough where other people would be able to smell it on you, but it definitely is scented.

I really enjoy using this cream, too.  It goes on a little thicker than other moisturizers and anti-wrinkle creams I've used, but it is not greasy. It absorbs easily, and leaves you with a refreshed feeling.  I like to use it underneath my BB powder, it makes a great base.  I just dot it around my face and rub it in. It's very simple to apply.

Pros of Adovia Anti Wrinkle Facial Moisturizer Cream

• I love the quality of this cream.  Adovia makes some outstanding products, and this one has not failed me.

• I'd consider the fragrance a pro-- it's a sweet, clean smell. I really like it.

• It's made in Israel using actual minerals from the Dead Sea. How awesome is that!?

• The price is competitive (if not better) than other moisturizers/creams in its category.

• The jar is good-looking. One I'd love to have on display with my other products.

Cons of Adovia Anti Wrinkle Facial Moisturizer Cream

• The cream was a little on the heavier side.  It's non-greasy, self-absorbent, but it's a thick application.  

Summary

This is one cream that I'm going to add to my list of beauty needs.  I really, really like it.  It's unlike any other that I've used before.  I've purchased mainly anti-wrinkle moisturizers that come in squeeze tubes, and have never been more impressed than I am with this Adovia cream.
