The Azara Organics Seaweed powder comes in a nice, attractive plastic jar with a screw top lid.  It is very natural looking, and you can see through to the product.

The first side of the label gives application methods, and facial mask directions.  The other side lists the ingredients.  There is only one ingredient, Certified USDA pure organic kelp powder harvested from the Atlantic Ocean.

After opening the lid, you are presented with a safety seal for your protection.

Opening the safety seal gives way to a light, soft olive green powder.  It doesn't have a super strong scent, but the manufacturer does not cover the fragrance.  If you do not like it, you can mask it by using essential oils.

My Personal Experience with Azara Organics Seaweed Facial Mask & Body Wrap

I love a versatile product.  This is no exception.  It can be used as an anti-aging, revitalizing facial mask, or a cellulite-reducing body wrap.

Of course my sister-in-law and I decided to go the cellulite reduction route. 

It was so easy to make, and only took a few minutes to mix up.  For each wrap, we placed one teaspoon (1 tsp) of Organic Seaweed powder in a glass bowl.

Then we added two teaspoons (2 tsp) of warm water.

Essential oil?  Yes, please!  I didn't mind the smell of the seaweed powder solo, but a nice smelling oil is also great for mental relaxation.  We added a few drops of pure peppermint oil, and mixed it all up.

We both used it on our stomachs, and I placed a small amount on my hand so I can show a close up.  The color is very natural.

We used plastic wrap to help the seaweed work its magic.  After about 20 minutes, we took the plastic wrap off.  It dries very dark and cracks.

The results?  We both noticed a firming in our skin.  It was very noticeable.  It is definitely a product that can be used weekly, and over time the results will become better and better.

• The seaweed mixture was very difficult to put on.  It dried rapidly, so you have to work fast in order to get full coverage.

• It also took longer than expected to wash off, but left no residue after using warm water.     

Summary

We really enjoyed this wrap.  It was more of a 'personal' experience because we were able to customize the amount of fragrance and the areas we wanted to wrap.  Personally, I was impressed with the results.  I am going to use it once a week and see how it improves with consistent future use.
