Packaging & Presentation of Body Merry Retinol Surge Moisturizer
The moisturizer was sent to me in perfect condition. There were no defects, and everything was intact. The bottle is made of plastic and measures almost 5.0" tall x 1.75" at the base. The product is applied by using a pump dispenser. The bottle sports a maroon label with white accents.
The front of the bottle labels the product and brand. It also specifies the products main, active ingredients.
On the left side of the label, you can find the product's ingredients, company distribution information, and contact information. Body Merry's moisturizer was made in the USA, was not tested on animals, and has a 12 month PAO.
On the right side of the label, you can find some detailed information about this moisturizer. You will also see usage directions, and caution statements.
There is a full-bottle safety seal. I like knowing that I am the absolute first person to use the product.
This bottle of Retinol Surge Moisturizer comes with a dispenser-plug. You can keep it or throw it away, but I like to keep it in order to prevent clogs or dried product.
I use moisturizer everyday. I like to switch it up every now and then to get the benefits from different types. This particular moisturizer is one that cannot be applied everyday because it is super strong, but it is highly effective.
The moisturizer itself is an off-white color. It is a very soft, light cream. Each pump gives you the perfect application amount. This product doesn't have any fragrance.
It absorbs easily into your skin. I only put this on about every other night because of the high concentration of retinol.
This moisturizer works great underneath makeup. It makes your skin really soft and smooths out fine lines for the ultimate makeup base.
Body Merry puts a 2.5% concentrate of retinol, hyaluronic acid, vitamins E & B5, and green tea-- all of these are scientifically proven to show the results your skin is demanding.
Pros of Body Merry Retinol Surge Moisturizer
- Has a super high concentration of retinol (2.5%).
- Natural & organic product.
- Helps with old acne marks.
Cons of Body Merry Retinol Surge Moisturizer
- The higher amount of retinol can lead to dryer skin over time.
Summary
This is a really interesting product. It is a skin moisturizer, but it contains retinol, which in turn can dry out your skin if you aren't careful. The pleasant mix of ingredients makes this moisturizer a lot different than other products. If you are looking for a moisturizer that you can use multiple times per day, this isn't the one. But if you are looking for an effective moisturizer, and one that can help skin discoloration, old skin marks, and sun damage, this is for you!
