"We passionately believe that you should be able to breastfeed and bottle-feed your baby. To help you, we have created Minbie which is a teat designed to support your newborn’s instinctive breastfeeding technique. This means that when newborns feed from Minbie they practice the instinctive latch and feeding-action for nurturing breastfeeding. This is a significant breakthrough in matching breast and bottle-feeding techniques and preventing feeding-confusion. For newborns who can not be breastfed, we created Minbie to allow them to bottle-feed with the instinctive breastfeeding technique that they are born with because why shouldn’t they be able to feed intuitively with the technique that is developmentally right for them and that helps release digestive enzymes for proper digestion of the milk."

Packaging & Presentation of Minbie - Instinctive Feeding Technology for Babies
Coming all the way from Australia, both the bottle and the teats arrived in pretty good condition! Both boxes are white, printed with the Minbie colorful logo. The bottle box measures 4.0" x 2.5" x 2.5", and the teat package measures 6.0" x 3.5" x 2.75" at its widest points. I also received a paper manual.
Beginning with the bottle box, the front labels the product and brand. It has a small window so you can see through to the actual bottle. The back of the box provides 5 points that prove why the Minbie's breakthrough design beats your other options.
The right side of the box explains the feeding system in more detail. It has also won the Good Design Award. The left side of the box has actual user reviews and company contact information.
The bottom of the box provides the batch number, year and country of manufacture, and the UPC.
Next, the teat package was pretty neat. It sits like a triangle, and the teats are seated right in the middle. The front of the package labels the product and brand, the amount of teats contained within, and the age preference. The back of the package explains more about the design, and how to use it.
The bottom of the package has distribution information, patent information, the UPC, and a batch and manufacture year.
I have never used bottle for my daughter because I felt that she would be confused when I tried to breastfeed. I didn't want to lose the bonding experience, but I was stuck breastfeeding on demand all hours of the day. I wish I found Minbie bottles before she turned 6-weeks, they would have been perfect.
I began by opening the packages up. The box containing the bottle also had a collar, silicone seal, and an instruction leaflet.
The bottle is made of a heavy duty glass, and it holds 4 oz of liquid. The bottle stands 3.5" tall and 2.5" wide at its outermost points.
The teat package opened to a teat storage pod (which also conveniently doubles as a Minbie bottle lid). After opening the pod, I found the 2 teats.
Each teat was marked clearly with the recommended age, and they were incredibly clear. Each teat is 2.0" tall. They are made from high quality, BPA-free soft silicone. The teats fit perfectly into the bottle's collar.
My daughter loved it!

- Prices are extremely reasonable.
- The teats come in a storage pod that doubles as a bottle lid.
- The teats are so, so, so close to the natural thing.
- The teats go up on a step-system, so when your baby is ready to move up, they make another size for him/her.
Cons of Minbie - Instinctive Feeding Technology for Babies
- Being shipped from Australia, it can take a while for these to arrive.
Summary
It's always hard to find trusted baby products. Especially when it comes to feeding. Especially if you are breastfeeding. It is really hard to select a bottle that even comes close to the natural thing, and not trick the baby into releasing the bond. These bottles and teats are really high quality. It's no surprise to me that they won an award. I highly, highly recommend these products.
