I was sent a 0.4 fl oz tube of the Eye Recovery Serum from Refresh Skin Therapy to review. 

This tube costs $49.95.  Shipping is free.

Packaging & Presentation of Refresh Eye Recovery Serum

  

This tube was shipped nicely without any damage nor issues during shipment.  It was wrapped in a plastic bag, and sealed tightly.

The tube is white, and it is covered in a thick, clear plastic casing.  It measures 6.25" x 1.0" at its widest points.

The front labels the product and brand (the brand name is wrapped around the entirety of the label).   The second part of the label provides the directions, ingredients, caution, expiration date, and manufacturing information.  This product isn't tested on animals, is recyclable, made in a GMP-certified facility, and made in the USA.

The top side is the actual plunger that pushes the product out of the tube.

The top of the tube has a large plastic cap with a smaller pliable cap over the pointed exit.  There wasn't a major safety seal.

My Personal Experience with Refresh Eye Recovery Serum

I'm not crazy about unscented products, but I was instantly attracted to the ingredients in this eye gel.  It uses seaweed and hyaluronic acid (two of my favorite ingredients!).   I go through eye creams/gels so fast because I use them not only on my eyes, but on that space between my eyes, and my smile lines.  Plus, this product just looks so cool, doesn't it!?

In order to use this, you have to find the little 'L' shape on the plunger side.  Turn the plunger a little to the left, and you'll unlock it.

The gel itself is clear.  There are not many air bubbles in it.  Each plunge gives you the appropriate amount to use.

It goes on really smooth.  I like that it doesn't leave any residue.  Sometimes skincare products leave a sticky residue and it's impossible to apply makeup, but this one isn't like that.  It's great to use every single day!

Pros of Refresh Eye Recovery Serum

• The pump doesn't clog, and pumps the right amount of product.

Cons of Refresh Eye Recovery Serum

• I haven't found any cons of this serum.

Summary

I consider under eye gel to be somewhat of a multipurpose gel.  The ingredients in this one are awesome, and they are good for more than just the under eye area.  This is great to use in the morning and at night.  It works great underneath facial serum and moisturizer.  The plunger is such a great method, too.  It's clean, simple, and easy to store.
