..::Product Review::.. Ozeri 3x Tower Fan (44") with Passive Noise Reduction Technology

My Review of the Ozeri 3x Tower Fan (44") with Passive Noise Reduction Technology

What is it exactly?

     From the website. . .
"Featuring unrivaled technology, the new Ozeri 3x 44" Tower Fan defines the latest in stylistic innovation and digital décor with its visually stunning design, slim form factor and elegant glass base stand. At less than 3 inches thick, the 3x Tower fan is one of the world's thinnest fans and boasts 3 independently controllable fans with passive noise cancellation technology for remarkable airflow velocity at less than 50dB. The 3x Tower Fan's passive noise reduction technology utilizes the physics of blade curvature to generate mitigating sound waves that reduce blade noise and help isolate the soothing sounds of the airflow itself."

Packaging & Presentation of
the Ozeri 3x Tower Fan (44") with Passive Noise Reduction Technology

This tower fan arrived in absolute pristine condition, which is pretty good considering the box is huge!  The box is white heavy-duty cardboard with black accents.  The box was wrapped with heavy duty straps to keep the box intact during shipment.

The printed label provides the brand, product, and model number.

When I opened the box, I found everything packaged super nicely.  All of the components were packed carefully.

There are (3) three main parts that you want to make sure to unpack.  The tower fan assembly, the base, and the instruction manual/remote.  Each piece is wrapped in plastic.  When you unwrap them, you'll see that the fan is black and there are chrome accents.

My Personal Experience with the Ozeri 3x Tower Fan (44") with Passive Noise Reduction Technology

I was really looking forward to testing this out.  We recently just bought a new AC unit, but it (no matter the setting) has a mind of its own.  Sometimes, we just like to turn it off, open the windows, and run the fans.  The ceiling fans aren't much help, and our box fans are loud.  This tower fan is the perfect addition to our house.

First, I had to put it together.  I unscrewed the little plastic nut, and attached the base.  I screwed the nut back on.

This fan is so sleek looking, and conforming to its looks, it has this amazing touch-screen control panel.  In the second picture, you can see the settings that I've chosen.  They light up and are bright-- even when I had natural sunlight directly aimed at it.

The tower fan stands 44.0" tall, and lights up blue on the bottom when it is powered on.

The back of the fan is where you will find the product label.  This has all of the information that you need to know about the fan.

Guess what...this fan even comes with a remote!  It's simple and basic, but I think it's a pretty cool addition.  It uses an (included!) CR2032 Lithium Battery.

The back of the fan also has a handle/remote slot.  If you need to move this fan, make sure to use the handle.  When the remote is not in use, store it in the specially-made slot so you won't lose it.

Pros of the Ozeri 3x Tower Fan (44") with Passive Noise Reduction Technology
  • Very modern and sleek-looking.
  • Three modes-- normal, nature, and night.
  • Very easy to assemble.
  • Pretty simple and straightforward.
  • Included remote with remote storage.
  • Oscillating.
Cons of the Ozeri 3x Tower Fan (44") with Passive Noise Reduction Technology
  • I have not found any cons of this tower fan.
        Summary

Out of every single fan that I've ever owned, this is my favorite.  I absolutely love how much air it moves, and that it doesn't take up a huge amount of space.  It just looks awesome.  Right now, I'm keeping it in my kitchen to circulate the air from the open doors/windows.  After a few weeks of using this, I can say that this is a durable, high-quality, solid tower fan.
