I was sent a bottle of 60-capsules from Zen Living to review.

Packaging & Presentation of Saffronize – 100% All Natural Saffron Extract

I am glad to write that this bottle arrived in great condition.  There were no dents, leaks, nor defects.  This bottle holds 60 capsules, good for  a  60-day term (if you take 1 per day).  The bottle is white with a white screw-on cap.  The label is primarily white with multicolored accents.  The bottle is 3.5" x 2.0" at its widest points.

The front of the bottle labels the product, brand, and sizing information.

The right side of the label is where you will find the supplement facts, and ingredients (both of the proprietary formula and other non-active).

The left side of the label provides the suggested use, cautions associated with this product, and warnings.This supplement is made in the USA, made in a GMP certified facility.  You can also find the company contact information towards the bottom.

The bottom of the bottle is where the lot number and the expiration date are stamped.

  This bottle has two safety seals on it.  The first is on the outside of the bottle, and the second is under the cap.  The cap has an easy-tear perforated strip.

My Personal Experience with Saffronize – 100% All Natural Saffron Extract

Saffron.  I know you've heard of it, right?  It's amazing in food (specifically basmati rice!), and it's fun to grow.  However, the properties are the best part.  If you use this as a supplement, it's supposed to help improve your mood, reduces your cravings, and suppresses your appetite.

First, I opened up the bottle, and found that the capsules were size 01 or 02, so they are a little on the smaller side.   The supplement doesn't really have much of a fragrance.  The bottle wasn't packed with anything to reduce movement.

Each capsule is smaller than the size of a quarter.

Summary

I've always been a huge fan of saffron-- but I can barely afford the herb in stores. (Seriously-- look in the spice aisle next time!).   I wanted to try this, because why not?  Now, I've noticed an uplifted mood.  Perhaps a placebo effect?  Maybe.  But nevertheless, that did exist.  As far as appetite and craving control, I haven't noticed anything.  I've only been taking these for a few days so I will update you as needed!  It's definitely worth checking out.
