My Review of Vita Sciences Maxasorb Melatonin Cream

What is it exactly?

     From the website. . .
"Melatonin is the hormone that controls daily day-night cycles of sleep. Some sleep disorders, such as insomnia and Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome (DSPS), are attributed to low melatonin levels. Travelers suffering from jet lag and swing shift workers may also benefit from supplemented melatonin. As we age our bodies do not make sufficient melatonin.

Using Maxasorb Melatonin as directed is a safe and will help Decrease the time needed to fall asleep; Increase sleepiness; Increase sleep duration. Infused with antioxidants and moisturizers, greaseless Maxasorb Melatonin is easily absorbed into your skin. Each 1.7 ounce bottle delivers 60 applications of lotion in protected and measured amounts. Natural ingredients assure this lotion is gentle to your skin."

Packaging & Presentation of
Vita Sciences Maxasorb Melatonin Cream

This melatonin cream was sent to me in perfect condition.  There were no dents, defects, nor issues during shipment.  The bottle is made of plastic and measures 4.75" x 1.5" at its widest points.  The product is applied by using a pump dispenser.  The bottle is white, with purple and black accents.  The bottle was mailed inside of a cardboard box.  The box also had a nice brochure of other vitamin creams from Vita Sciences.

The front of the box labels the product, brand, and sizing information (including the measured amount of dosages).  The back of the box is where you will find what this product does, active ingredients, other ingredients, directions, and contact information.  This is made in the USA.

Both the right and the left sides of the box are identical-- labeling the product and brand.  The top and bottom do as well.

This melatonin cream had a nice safety seal with a perforated strip.  It was easy to open.

The bottle itself looks just like the box.  It has the same information on the front label...

...as well as the right and left side of the label.

This product uses a pump dispenser with measured doses.

My Personal Experience with Vita Sciences Maxasorb Melatonin Cream

Everybody has heard of oral supplements and possibly even liquid ones.  But what about cream ones!?  The set that I received from Vita Sciences is the first that I've used, and I love them!  See? I told you that I had more coming!  This is one that is very interesting.  It's a cream sleep support.

The cream itself is white in color.  It is a very soft and light cream.  It creates a silk-like effect and has a slight fragrance.  It doesn't smell great, but it's not horrible either.

This is a very nice cream.  It's health benefits are great, and it absorbs almost instantly.  My husband was really wanting to test this one out, so he put a dose on, and dotted it around his hand before he rubbed it in.

        Summary

I'm really liking all of these creamy supplements that are administered topically.  They are so easy to use, and you actually want to use them.  I don't think I'll ever go back to the oral supplement, because these work just as good, if not better.  I highly, highly recommend them.
