..::Product Review::.. Patriotic Windsock from Clever Creations

THE REVIEW:  “Knock, knock”….”Who’s there?”….”Win.”….”Win, who?”…”BUCKLE UP WINSOCKI!”… A little cheesy phrase from a 1960’s campaign that my Grandpa always joked about.  Boy, do I miss him.  Anyway, I have no idea why, but ‘Winsocki’ always reminded me of ‘windsock’, so essentially this windsock is a little piece of the past that I can always look keep around.  I decided to install it right on my patio so I can always see it (I go outside quite a bit during the day). 

This windsock is of the ‘Americana’ variety, which makes it all the better.  It’s very long, it’s free-flowing, and it’s the perfect accessory for my patio.  The only issue that I did run into is that since it was shipped flat, it kind of retained that flatness for quite some time.  It took a lot of wind to get it to poof back up.  Needless to say, this is one of my favorite outdoor pieces to date.  This comes ready to fly with a little install clip, but the clip was too small for my patio hook.  I just used the strings, and that worked out just fine, too.

THE GOOD:

- Retained flatness for quite a while due to the packaging.
