Review…

I was sent the deluxe package from Santa Will Write to review.
The price for this package is $19.95, plus $1.75 shipping.

Packaging & Presentation of
Santa Will Write

This package from Santa arrived very quickly to my mailbox.  It was sent via Priority Mail Express.  There was an inner envelope. It was red and shiny.  It was addressed to my son, and it had a little sticker that said, "Special Delivery From the North Pole".  The red envelope measured approximately 12.5" x 8.75".

There were a bunch of items inside!  The deluxe package comes with the following:

+ A personalized letter from Santa Claus
+ A fun note from Rudolph
+ A 'Nice List' Certificate
+ Make-A-Santa's Workshop sticker sheets
+ Glitter Holiday Tattoos
+ Don't Eat Pete game board
+ Christmas game board

Everything was packaged nicely, and none of the papers were bent or had creases in them.  The tattoos were covered in plastic protectors.

My Personal Experience with Santa Will Write

My 6-year old son, Charlie has been pretty anxious about Santa this year.  He's been doing really well, but there are his 6-year old antics that come into play.  I made him write a letter to Santa, and I sent it out the day that I ordered this package from Santa Will Write.  It arrived with lightening speed, and Charlie was so excited to open it!

I could tell he was pretty nervous opening it.  I mean, c'mon, Santa's been watching him!

He loved the certificate.  He wants to frame it and hang it on his wall.

The letters were pretty cool.  The personal aspects were key.  When it mentioned stuff that he wrote on his letter to Santa, his eyes lit up!  The Rudolph letter was pretty fun, too.  Luckily, the 'Santa Letter' pack I got has a thank you card for Rudolph, too.  Guess we're going to need that!

I thought Charlie was going to go straight for the stickers and games, but he didn't.  He picked up the tattoos, and begged for the Snowman one.  So, of course, we put one on!  He loves it!

Pros of Santa Will Write
  • Fast, fast, fast delivery.
  • No wrinkles, creases, or defects.
  • Comes with a few activities for your child.
  • PERSONALIZED!  This really seals the deal.
  • I think it is worth around $20 to see your child's magical smile this time of year.
  • You can choose from the Magic Package ($9.95), the Deluxe Package ($19.95), or the Ultra Deluxe Package ($34.95).  If none of these appeal to you, don't fret!  You can also order a personalized post card ($5.95).
Cons of Santa Will Write
  • There is loose glitter in the package (aka Magical Dust).  Most of it didn't come out of the envelope, but the bit that did made a mess. I think the Magical Dust should come in bigger confetti instead of small glitter.
        Summary

This package was definitely a hit.  He absolutely enjoyed it.  I loved seeing the smile on his face.  There are a few activities that your child can do, but I think the letter and the certificate are the best!  They really give your child that joy that they seek during this special season.  I'm definitely ordering again next year, and when my daughter gets old enough, she's next!
