..::Product Review::.. OZ Naturals Facial Toner

My Review of OZ Naturals Facial Toner

What is it exactly?

     From the website. . .
"The active ingredients in this spray will heal and restore on their own, as well as support a synergistic relationship with anything layered on top of it. Organic sulfur acts as a healing solvent, driving ingredients deep into your cells and creating permeability, for nutrients to move in and toxins to move out.
Amino acids, ocean minerals, vitamin c, and active plant extracts work miracles with dry, sun damaged skin.
This treatment spray is results driven. Prepare to be amazed! Expect to see results within the first seven days of DAILY use."

Review…

I was sent a 4.0 fl oz bottle of the Ocean Mineral Tonic from OZ Naturals to review.

The price for this bottle is $17.49. Shipping is free with Amazon Prime.

Packaging & Presentation of OZ Naturals Facial Toner

This bottle arrived safely to my house.  It was packaged nicely inside of a flip-top box, and there were no leaks, defects, nor issues during shipment.  The bottle itself has a plastic cap, and it is made of white plastic with teal accents.  It stands 6.5" x 1.5" at its widest points.

The front of the box labels the product and brand.  It has the main ingredients listed on the front.  The back of the box has a large 'OZ Naturals' logo.

The right side of the box provides the directions for use, UPC, and company contact information.  The left side of the box lists the ingredients.  This toner is 100% natural, and is made in the USA.

The box easily flips open from the top, and you can pull the bottle out.

The bottle looks just like the box.  The front has the same information, as does the back.  Therefore, you don't need to keep the box.

There is a number printed towards the bottom in a yellow ink.  I'm not so sure what this is, but it could be a lot number.

My Personal Experience with OZ Naturals Facial Toner

I have a pretty detailed skincare regimen, but I haven't used toner so much.  When I was given the opportunity to review this, I was pretty excited since it was out of the normal.  I've used other things from OZ Naturals, and I've never had any problems.

Before anything, I just had to smell it.  I opened the spray nozzle, and found a bunch of the toner crusted around the top.  It wipes away easily, and it definitely doesn't smell great.

I used some, and so did my mom.  You spray this directly on a clean, exfoliated face (before serum and moisturizer).

Pros of OZ Naturals Facial Toner
  • It's a spray-- easy to use and apply.
  • The bottle has a lot of product in it.
  • Contains Amino Acids, Vitamin C, and Ocean Minerals.
Cons of OZ Naturals Facial Toner
  • The smell is not appealing.
        Summary

So... I'm not sure how I feel about this.  It's just okay.  The fragrance isn't great, and I'm pretty big into fragrances.  It really does feel nice on my skin, though.  The scent dissipated after a few minutes, but my mom had to wash her face again because she was offended by the fragrance.  I really like that it is a spray, and the ingredients are great.  It's definitely an excellent base for a serum.

I have to imagine that the smell comes from the fact that there's sulfur in it! I don't know if I could manage that. Thanks for the review.
