Packaging & Presentation of the Gold and Silver Flash Tattoos

Everything arrived to my house in perfect condition.  Sometimes when products are easily bent, I get a little worried during shipment.  In this case, there were no rips, tears, nor defects whatsoever!  The packaging is really attractive.  You can see each tattoo through the cellophane wrap.  The package measures 9.75" x 6.25" at its widest points.

The front of the package labels the brand, and you can see through to the actual product.  There are a bunch of adorable tattoos in metallic finishes.  The back of the package has a few pictures of models wearing the tattoos.  The application instructions are also located here, as are the removal instructions.  You can also find the warnings, UPC, and Voodoo Tattoo's website.

The package opens from the bottom, and it has a resealable edge so you can put your tattoos back in the package when you are done.

My Personal Experience with the Gold and Silver Flash Tattoos

I've been seeing these tattoos everywhere, so you know I just had to review them, right?  They are not supposed to look 'real', but they are more of a fashion accessory.  They are usually made using symbols and small tribal accents.  The colors are gold, silver, and black.  They are made to match anybody's skin tone.

The first step is to select your tattoos.  I had (4) girls wanting them:  myself, my mom, my sister-in-law, and my niece.  We each picked out one we liked, and cut them out.  I chose the chevron's, Marah chose the arrows, my mom chose the cross bracelet, and Ally chose the feather.

Next, grab a washcloth with lukewarm water, and as you are pressing the tattoo onto your skin, use the washcloth to cover the tattoo and transfer it to the skin.

...and then you are finished!  I like to take the washcloth over the finished product one more time to kind of 'seal' it.  Ally's feather came out great!  Marahs' arrows were slightly misplaced, but the color looks beautiful and bright.

My mom's bracelet looks pretty next to the tattoo bracelet!  I love my chevron's, too!  They match with any outfit.

Pros of the Gold and Silver Flash Tattoos
  • Very pretty and bright metallic colors.
  • Lasts for three days!
  • So many different designs!
  • Great alternative to henna and real art.

Cons of the Gold and Silver Flash Tattoos
  • I recommend leaving the washcloth on longer than 15 seconds, because sometimes parts of the tattoo were still stuck to the paper.  For the most part, everything went smoothly.
Summary

These are so fun!  They can totally change an entire look in a flash.  I love the colors, they are bright and bold.  They have lived up to my every expectation, and I love using them as an accessory when I need that extra 'oomph' to an outfit.

I've seen these tats everywhere and I've been trying to get myself to buy them. This would be a perfect opportunity to try them. Thanks!
