Packaging & Presentation of Naturalico Speed Jump Rope
This jump rope arrived in great condition. It arrived in a cellophane bag, and all the pieces were inside. There is an instruction card, an adjustable cable speed jump rope, and a nice nylon carrying/storage case. The bag is see through. The first side is the card, and the backside is where the carrying case is.
The bag opened easily, and has a resealable closure. Everything unpacked nicely.
The drawstring bag is very nice, too. It has a cord lock to keep it closed.
The jump rope was zip-tied together, and it is quality-made.
The card has two sides-- the first is a note from the owner of the company, and the second is instructions on how to adjust the jump rope.
My Personal Experience with Naturalico Speed Jump Rope
I've been wanting a jump rope for a long time now, so you can only guess how fast I jumped on the opportunity to review this one (ha!). I love working out, but I hate doing the same thing all of the time. I like to switch it up, so this is exactly what I was looking for.
I needed to adjust the jump rope before I started. There are two screws that hold the handles in place. These screws are adjustable.
I measured where the handles needed to be-- 6" below the collarbone when I stand on the center of the jump rope.
I pulled the screw down, and locked it into place, and then I used it! I absolutely loved it!

This is such a fun exercise activity. My favorite thing about it, is that you can incorporate it into any routine. The jump rope is made from a cable, so speed is everything here. I haven't jumped rope in a very long time, so I wasn't that great at it initially. The more I use it, the better I get. You can shorten the rope if it becomes too easy. I definitely recommend this!
