Packaging & Presentation of the NanoRazor 3" Ceramic Paring Knife & Peeler

This boxed set arrived to my house in perfect condition.  The box is a nice, heavy duty magnetic type.  It is mostly black, but it has lime green and white accents.  It is definitely reusable, and if you don't usually use a paring knife, it will make a great storage box.  The box measures 8.75" x 3.25" x 1.0".

The front of the box labels the brand and pictures the knife and peeler.  The back of the box has the dimensions of the products as well as the contact information and cautions associated with its use.

The side of the box labels the actual product and the manufacturer part numbers.  It opens easily by flipping the front flap up and separating the magnetized strips.

When the box is opened up, you will find a nice looking set!

The top of the box outlines the product features, use and care instructions, and a note from the co-founder of the company.  The bottom of the box houses the knife and peeler.

My Personal Experience with the NanoRazor 3" Ceramic Paring Knife & Peeler

These looked so sleek and interesting to use.  I'm always on the lookout to improve upon my current kitchen utensils.  This set look so unique that I just had to review it!  Made from ceramic, I figured these would last a long time.

The peeler is pretty light, and the knife had a little weight to it.  They were both very comfortable to hold and use.  The blade for the knife is 7.5 cm, and the handle is 10.5 cm.  The peeler's blade is 4 cm, and the handle is 11 cm, so they are both pretty equivalent in size.

The peeler has a one-way blade, and a potato eye digger.

The paring knife has a nice protective sheath, and the blade is imprinted with 'NanoRazor Savvy Living'.

Pros of the NanoRazor 3" Ceramic Paring Knife & Peeler
  • High quality materials.
  • You never need to sharpen this!
  • Sleek and interesting.
  • Makes precision cuts, and the peeler is perfect!
Cons of the NanoRazor 3" Ceramic Paring Knife & Peeler
      • It would be a little difficult for a left-handed person to use the peeler as the blade only goes one way.
            Summary

I was pretty happy with these results.  They work as good as they look.  I'm really excited to add these to my cooking drawer.  I use a small knife quite a bit, so this will really come in handy.  The peeler was the most impressing, though.  Since it wasn't super weighted, I wasn't sure what to expect.  But it worked perfectly, and I am actually looking forward to the next time I have to peel a bunch of potatoes!
