My Review of Vita Sciences Maxasorb Vitamin D3 Cream

What is it exactly?

     From the website. . .
"Maxasorb D3 is scientifically formulated to topically delivery Vitamin D3. Similar technology as our patented B-12 Patch is used in this skin soothing lotion. Each measured dose of lotion from our airless dispenser delivers 1,000 IU of Vitamin D3 with a full press of the pump. Rubbing the easily absorbed, odorless lotion on your arms or legs makes daily use of Maxasorb D3 an ideal way to get all the Vitamin D you need. Natural ingredients assure this lotion is gentle to your skin."

Review…

Packaging & Presentation of
Vita Sciences Maxasorb Vitamin D3 Cream

This Vitamin D Cream was sent to me in perfect condition.  There were no dents, defects, nor issues during shipment.  The bottle is made of plastic and measures 4.75" x 1.5" at its widest points.  The product is applied by using a pump dispenser.  The bottle is white, with yellow and orange accents.  The bottle was mailed inside of a cardboard box.  The box also had a nice brochure of other vitamin creams from Vita Sciences.

The front of the box labels the product, brand, and sizing information (including the measured amount of dosages).  The back of the box is where you will find what this product does, active ingredients, other ingredients, directions, and contact information.  This is made in the USA.

Both the right and the left sides of the box are identical-- labeling the product and brand.  The top and bottom do as well.

This Vitamin D3 cream had a nice safety seal with a perforated strip.

The bottle itself looks just like the box.  It has the same information on the front label...

...as well as the right and left side of the label.

This product uses a pump dispenser with measured doses.

My Personal Experience with Vita Sciences Maxasorb Vitamin D3 Cream

Everybody has heard of oral supplements and possibly even liquid ones.  But what about cream ones!?  I haven't.  This is the first of its kind that I've used.  (I have two other ones from Vita Sciences that are currently under review, so be on the lookout for those!).

The cream itself is white in color.  It is a very soft and light cream.  It creates a silk-like effect and has a slight fragrance.  It doesn't smell great, but it's not horrible either.

This is a very nice cream.  It's health benefits are great, and it absorbs almost instantly

        Summary

Everybody knows about Vitamin D3.  It's great for your heart, for your bones, and for your immune system.  This cream can be used on both those over 12, and those under 12, but in different dosages.  It is easy to carry, or to keep on your bedside table so you remember to apply it in the morning and at night.
