Packaging & Presentation of Strength Stack 52
I received this set in the mail, and everything was in perfect condition. There are four decks of cards and a set of dice. Each pack has a flip-top, and the dice come in a drawstring bag.
Each set comes wrapped in cellophane, and it has an easy peel strip for easy opening.
The first set is the 'Weight Loss Cards'. The front labels the product and brand. The back explains more in detail about the program.
The next set is the 'Fitness Cards'. The front labels the product and brand. The back explains more in detail about the program.
The next set is an expansion set for the Fitness Cards.
The smaller, thinner pack is an insane expansion set. This one is pretty difficult.
The dice come with a paper leading you to the instructions as well as all components.
I love working out, and I love trying new things. Considering I've never tried this before, I was really excited to try each deck.
The first is the Weight Loss Deck. I love this one. It rewards you with changing things about your day that can affect weight loss. You can even make this into a competition with your friends.
The Fitness Deck is pretty basic, so I found it extremely fun and simple to understand.
Both the Fitness Deck expansion and the insane expansion feed off of the original fitness deck, but it increases the level of exercise.
Pros of Strength Stack 52
- Very simple to understand.
- Great system that is geared towards success.
- Lots of fun, because you can do this with family/friends.
- High quality, and you can tell that there was a lot of thought put into this.
Cons of Strength Stack 52
- I haven't found any cons of this!
Summary
I have been enjoying this more than you can even fathom. These exercises can get pretty difficult, but you control the level that you are willing to go. It's very easy to challenge yourself, and you can hold yourself accountable when you relish in friendly competition with your friends or family.
